Terry A. Rondberg DC played a crucial role in the issuing of chiropractic-related bills such as House Concurrent Resolution 46, which empowers licensed doctors of chiropractic to diagnose, correct and manage vertebral subluxations and neuromusculoskeletal disorders without resorting to drugs or surgical procedures.
Moreover, he was also an active member of an association that lobbied for the promulgation of House Resolution 2560, the Medicare Freedom Bill and HR 3476, which later became popular as the “Tricare Bill”, a law that facilitated US military forces with dedicated chiropractic care through advancement of the "Tricare" program. As leader of the World Chiropractic Alliance, Terry A. Rondberg DC is in charge with directing and promoting the best interests of the non-governmental organization, which leverages its prominence and influence to advocate and protect chiropractic all across the globe.
Apart from a number of local US members, WCA supports an extensive network of members and collaborators from all corners of the world, including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Peru, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Republic of China, and Thailand. As head of the WCA, Terry A. Rondberg has been a major contributor to the remarkable progresses achieved by the field of chiropractic in its recent history. Some of the most important accomplishments were obtaining authorization as a non-governmental organization (NGO) through the decision of the Department of Public Information and becoming affiliated with the United Nations.
The World Chiropractic Alliance were involved in the funding of the inaugural NGO workshop dedicated to chiropractic, called "The Role of Chiropractic Care in Global Wellness" and held at the International Conference of NGOs in Korea. Additionally, the WCA took part in the creation of the World Health Organization (WHO) Guidelines on areas like Basic Training and Safety in Chiropractic. Through Rondberg’s efforts, WCA established strong connections with the World Health Organization in Geneva, working alongside it to elaborate the "WHO Guidelines on Basic Training and Safety in Chiropractic." The WCA has also organized various summits in Australia, Austria, Canada and Great Britain.
A graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic, Terry A. Rondberg DC began his publishing work for The Chiropractic Journal in 1986. He has been a dynamic leader of the World Chiropractic Alliance (WCA), which he inaugurated in 1989. A common presence at specialty conferences and seminars, Terry A. Rondberg has also honored numerous invitations to appear on TV and radio shows.
He stands out as a prolific and highly acclaimed author of dedicated articles and books, including the best-selling "Chiropractic First," "Under the Influence of Modern Medicine," as well as (the products of a collaborative authorship with Timothy J. Feuling) the "CBS Malpractice Prevention Program," and "Chiropractic: Compassion and Expectation." Rondberg is a major contributor to numerous editions of The Chiropractic Journal, and he publishes regularly online for the scientific publication called Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research.
