Years ago I used to be addicted to chiropractors, having dislocated some vertebra from significant construction work!

Not simply one but three vertebra would bulge sideways three/8ths of an inch and I was back in for another adjustment, often 3 times a week! When a few years of paying someone to treat me I decided it had been time to learn how to try and do it myself. Befriending my chiropractor (I was his best client) I started borrowing his books and read each one before suddenly all the items fell into place!

I failed to have a back downside, I had a brain downside!
