If you're a healer, a caregiver or simply somebody who cares for your family and loved ones, you may be in Grave Danger and not even grasp it. Thus many people offer our heart and soul to others, we have a tendency to provide everything we tend to will to require care of our mates, children, family and lovers. No queries asked. If they are sick, depressed, or just off balance we tend to pore all of our energy and attention into attempting to form them feel better.

I've seen with my own eyes each men and women move out on the city with their husband or wife while being as Sick-As-A-Dog, simply to strive and please the other.

Is that this loyalty? A concern of not being loved, such a robust would like to be accepted and loved, that one can compromise their own well being?

And what is their mate thinking?

Are they thinking?

? Build your immune system daily

? Fast at some point a month or eat lightly that day

? Avoid big meals and deserts! - They suck your energy reserves

Develop a daily habit of cleansing your energy and refining it every morning with Qi Gong and meditation.

I establish an energy protect around my body before you start my day. It protects me and permits me to work at a deeper level with students, patients, family and friends. Don't obtain into the atmosphere of fear that folks may project around you or their neediness. It's sometimes somebody trying to suck energy from you. There are many ways in which to stay yourself healthy and retain a strong energy field around. It isn't just regarding obtaining through the day but about creating all the aspects of your Happy, Healthy and Wealthy life.
