If you'll be able to set what is expected of you - both by yourself and by others - to a sensible level, you can forestall being overwhelmed. Knowing your capability will enable you to manage expectations. You'll draw a line and set the boundaries to which you can be extended. What do you expect of yourself? What do others expect of you? Are the expectations realistic? Managing expectations and keeping them at intervals realistic guideposts is the primary step towards managing time. As Yogi Berra said, "If you do not grasp where you are going, you won't understand once you reach there." If you don't have an expectation, you won't grasp how you're doing.
The next part is to know how a lot of time is on the market for tasks. This will permit creation of realistic to-do lists. You can limit the list to contain only what will fit at intervals the obtainable time. This can enable you to complete the items on your list and build self-confidence.
For example, I met a girl a number of weeks ago. She was a very organized and never did anything unless it absolutely was on her list.
