It's about NOTHING more (or less) than calories. Nothing. Want to lose one pound of fat? You need to burn 3500 MORE calories than you consume. 10 pounds of extra padding? Add some zeros! This can be the ONE thing that has never modified, and WILL never modification so long as our bodies operate the identical manner they are doing right now. ( which is going to be for FAR longer than any folks can be around!) Decide a sensible diet that's LOW in calories, is nutritionally sound and merely STOPS being subject to fads and philosophies and you WILL start getting the results you crave. ( I grasp I DID during a hurry!)
