Good Tips to Keep the Hair on Your Head

Hey guys, do you look in the mirror for long period everyday making sure your hair looks great? Glance into reflective surfaces to make sure it’s still in place? Do you use endless creams, gels, waxes, wax gels in order to keep in that state of constant cool all day?

What about the ladies, are you forever curling or blowing your hair? Pulling on it with your brushes to get them to stay just the way you want? Or what about hair colour or just the simple act of tying your hair in a pony tail to keep it out of your face?

Well, guess what folks, if you keep abusing your hair, it’s going to fail on you one of these days. So in order to keep your hair, make sure you treat it right. Check if you do well by your do by :

Not rubbing it too much after a shower or while your hair is wet because this is when your hair is at its weakest, so drying it roughly or vigorously may break it, and pulling to roughly on it with a comb will do the same.

Watch how many time you use chemicals on your hair such as dyes and such, they do plenty of damage to your hair!
Supplement your body! Whatever you put into your mouth is divided throughout your body and your hair uses vitamins such as keratin, so find food with a lot of this kind of protein. Also make sure you’ve got a lot of antioxidants because these fight free radicals.

Eat properly. If you keep putting junk into your body then you aren’t going to get much good things going on for your hair and skin. So choose foods that have high protein like lean meats, peanuts, almonds, eggs, legumes, oatmeal, and cheese. Keeping yourself healthy this way makes it unnecessary to take medications later on for your hair loss.

Live a healthy and balanced life, try to avoid stress because stress does cause hair loss!

If you do feel stressed, which let’s face it isn’t hard to do in our world these days, there are ways to effectively manage your stress. One is the ‘art of disassociation’, this is a meditation where you imagine your stress leaving you and you bring in calmness into your mind. You must let your body relax and de stress in order to let out pent up stress.
You could also always find a good hobby by doing something that you like, watch a movie or read a book, sing in the shower, dance, go for martial arts classes; it can be anything you like!

We all want to look good, and although society may place an unfair demand on us to have good hair it is important for us to be able to feel beautiful, so keeping our bodies in the best possible shape that we can is important so don’t wait till you lose something before you regret that you never did everything you could to keep it with you. Take care of your hair!
