You may not like what I have to say here today, however it's my opinion, and I've listened to the opposite side of the debate and their opinions for too long; it is time to talk out! You see, it is superb how completely ignorant many Americans are in the US. So several folks equate the Republicans with being NAZI-like in their policies, but really Hitler was a socialist and rode into power with the assistance of the Labor Party. Not way back, a staunch "Democrat Acquaintance" [I am using this term very loosely] of mine was shocked once I labeled him as a liberal-socialist.
He stated that; "while I definitely don't agree with socialism, I am aware that I am left-of-center on many problems, and I suppose it's fair to call me a liberal." But I did not decision him a "liberal" because the Oxford Dictionary would have labeled our founding fathers as liberals, and those views would be a lot of or less libertarian leaning right, not what of us in the US call Democrats today.
My label was specifically as I stated; "liberal-socialist" and it is a term which takes into thought the current label of liberal, with the reality of that means the Democrats are taking our nation; towards socialism. He and those who vote Democrat are not "liberals" by strict definition, and therefore the Democrats are moving America towards socialism by nationalizing businesses, banks, and industries like; auto business, healthcare sector, and health insurance industry. That's by definition things that socialists do, I didn't create that up.
If someone is greatly surprised by being known as a socialist, like anyone in the Obama Administration or US Congress, then maybe they should not be nationalizing business, or promoting socialized medication, healthcare, or health insurance amongst other things. I didn't build those choices, they were created with my money (tax greenbacks) on my behalf, against my will, and against free-markets and capitalism.
As you recognize the rationale this nation is so nice lies in our sturdy adherence to capitalism principals, not socialism. Nevertheless, my liberal-socialist acquaintance states; "I was a small amount bowled over by a number of your comments that chanced on as very...I wouldn't say hostile, but."
This would be a private issue at intervals his own mind and maybe he should have told me you wanted me to sugar coat it, maybe I ought to have suspected that as a result of of all the political correctness promoted by of us of his progressive political persuasion? You see, the progressive-liberal-socialists are thus fixed in their political rhetoric and Obama'ese that they do not even perceive what road they're on - and I've forever been taught that if you don't recognize where you're going any road can take you there.
Therefore, this is what is going on and why the progressive-liberal-socialists have no business leading this nation anywhere, together with the ditch we have a tendency to are stuck in, or the cliff we are headed towards if we get out of the ditch. Please take into account all this.
